Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with your first purchase (up to 1 container), we’ll refund the cost, excluding shipping fees. To request a refund, contact us at andrews@relaxedfx.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request.

Refund Policy

We stand by our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee*. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied, you can return your first order (up to 1 container) within 30 days for a full refund, even if it’s been opened. Unopened items from subsequent orders are also eligible for return within 30 days, minus a $5.97 restocking fee. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact andrews@relaxedfx.com.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at andrews@relaxedfx.com.

Damaged Products

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. Simply email us a photo of the damaged product, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before it ships. However, once an order has been processed and a shipping label is created, it can no longer be altered or canceled. In such cases, you may return the product once it’s received. For assistance, email us at andrews@relaxedfx.com with your name and order number.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You’ll be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Returns that are lost in transit without a valid tracking number cannot be refunded.
