Satisfaction Guarantee

At Relaxedfx®, your satisfaction matters. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order.

Eligibility for Refunds

• First-time customers may request a refund on one container, even if it has been opened.
• For repeat orders, only unopened items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery.
• All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note: Shipping fees and expedited delivery charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds on repeat orders, promotional bundles, or purchases made using store credits.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, email us at Support@relaxedfx.com with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for the return

You’ll receive a response within 48 hours.

Return & Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email of approval or denial.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Lost returns without tracking cannot be refunded.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Email a photo of the item and your order number to Support@relaxedfx.com within 7 days of delivery.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, we’ll do our best to assist before it ships. Once a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled or modified. However, you may return the product once it is delivered.

Policy Discretion

All returns are subject to review. Relaxedfx® reserves the right to deny refunds or returns at our sole discretion — including but not limited to suspected misuse, excessive return activity, or behavior inconsistent with our policy.
